one This invention relates to internal combustion engines. Monoblock nodules made of nodular cast iron for internal combustion engines, nairimer diesel, containing a thin-walled bottom connected to the skirt, an annular chamber located in the grooves of the piston compression rings, for circulating cooling medium, and lugs for installing the crankshaft piston ring are known. The fluid circulating in the internal cavities of the piston washes the end surface of the bottom and the installation areas of the norshiye rings, and the forces arising from the ignition of gases in the combustion chamber are transmitted to the crankshaft-connecting rod; mechanism and repetitively through the piston skirt. However, with an increase in diesel engine speed and workforce forcing, there is a significant increase in both physical and thermal loads on the piston skirt, which, among other things, is subjected to intensive ptiraium during the transfer of the latter. This significantly reduces the reliability of the piston, especially those of its elements, which are not intensively cooled by circulating a cooling medium. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of monoblock pistons by unloading the piston skirt. The goal is achieved by the fact that the bosses are connected to the bottom by vertical ribs, which pass into the inclined side walls of the annular chamber, and 10 with the piston skirt — lateral ribs perpendicular to their longitudinal axis. Pa figs. 1 shows a monoblock piston in longitudinal section along the axis of the bosses; on io of FIG. 2 - the same, in a longitudinal section along a plane perpendicular to the axis of the bosses. A one-piece piston made of cast iron with a shar151; single graft for internal combustion engine, for example, a diesel engine, contains 20 bottom 1, associated with the skirt 2, an annular chamber 3 for circulating a cooling medium located in the zone of the grooves 4 for compression rings and sleeves. In the course of operation, the pistons of the forces transmitted to its dihische during the combustion of gases are transmitted to the bosses in the axis through the sloping side walls, forming an annular chamber in the area of the grooves for the piston rings, and vertical ribs associated with the bosses, and only an effective force it is transmitted through the piston skirt by means of side ribs located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bosses. In this way, a significant unloading of the Porsche's skirt from mechanical longitudinal forces is carried out, which contributes to improving the reliability of the monoblock piston as a whole, especially in high-speed engines.
